To advance to the championship game, Rocque won 12-6 over Jodi Marthaller (Calgary, AB) in the semifinals of the 2019 Jiffy Lube Alberta Scotties in Medicine Hat, Alberta, Canada;
 
Rocque finished 4-1 in the 12-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Rocque lost 9-6 to Marthaller, then responded with a 11-1 win over Lindsay Makichuk (Spruce Grove, AB). Rocque won 8-7 against Laura Walker (Calgary, AB), then won 4-2 against Krysta Hilker (Sherwood Park, AB) and 9-6 against Casey Scheidegger (Lethbridge, AB) in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their runner-up finish at the Jiffy Lube Alberta Scotties, Rocque take home 21.560 world rankings points. Rocque move up 4 spots after posting a net gain of 12.928 points improving upon their best 8 results so far this season, ranking 22nd overall with 159.032 total points on the World Ranking Standings.
