Koe finished 4-2 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Koe lost 6-2 to Yannick Schwaller (Bern, SUI), then responded with a 5-4 win over Thomas Ulsrud (Oslo, NOR). Koe won 9-2 against Ross Paterson (Glasgow, SCO). Koe went on to lose 9-3 against Schwaller. Koe responded with a 4-3 win over Ulsrud. Koe won 7-6 against Paterson in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Curling World Cup Grand Final Championship title, Koe earned 64.526 world rankings points along with the $55,213CDN first prize cheque, remaining in 1st place overall on the World Ranking Standings with a net gain of 13.651 after improving upon their best so far this season. Koe ranks 1st overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 512.335 points earned so far this season.
