Edin finished 5-1 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Edin defeated Yuta Matsumura (Sapporo, JPN) 7-4, then went on to lose 6-3 against Thomas Ulsrud (Oslo, NOR). Edin responded with a 8-2 win over Yannick Schwaller (Bern, SUI). Edin won 7-2 against Matsumura, then won 7-2 against Ulsrud and 8-4 against Schwaller in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their runner-up finish at the Curling World Cup Omaha, Edin take home 43.227 world rankings points along with the $23,306CDN prize, remaining in 1st place overall on the World Ranking Standings with a net gain of 39.267 after improving upon their best so far this season. Edin ranks 3rd overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 280.918 points earned so far this season.
