Nakajima won 9-3 against Iveta Stasa-Sarsune (Riga, LAT). Nakajima went on to lose 7-6 against Silvana Tirinzoni (Aarau, SUI). Nakajima responded with a 6-4 win over Jie Mei (Harbin, CHN). Nakajima went on to lose 9-8 against Hasselborg in their final qualifying round match.
