Tracy Fleury (Sudbury , NONT) won 8-7 over Jennifer Jones (Winnipeg, MB) in the Final To advance to the championship game, Fleury won 6-5 over Jill Thurston (Winnipeg, MB) in the semifinals of the 2014 DEKALB Superspiel in Morris, Manitoba, Canada; and won 8-2 over Breanne Meakin (Ottawa, ON) in the quarterfinals. of the 2014 DEKALB Superspiel in Morris, Manitoba, Canada;
Fleury finished 5-1 in the 32 team DEKALB Superspiel qualifying round, held November 20 - 24, 2014 at the Morris Curling Club in Morris, Canada. In their opening game, Fleury lost 7-3 to Colleen Kilgallen (Winnipeg, MB), then responded with a 5-3 win over Erika Sigurdson (East St. Paul, MB). Fleury won 7-5 against Allison Flaxey (Listowel, ON), then won 11-9 against Ayumi Ogasawara (Sapporo, JPN) and 10-5 against Kerri Einarson (Winnipeg, MB). Fleury won 4-3 against Cathy Auld (Ontario) in their final qualifying round match.
For winning the DEKALB Superspiel Championship title, Fleury earned 22.750 world rankings points along with the $10,300CDN first prize cheque, moving up 8 spots the World Ranking Standings into 18th place overall with 69.310 total points. Fleury ranks 14th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 46.060 points earned so far this season.
