Niklas Edin (Karlstad , SWE) qualified for the 2025 WFG Masters playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 5-2 against Ross Whyte (Stirling, SCO).  of the 2025 WFG Masters in Guelph, Ontario; 
 
Edin finished 2-2 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Edin lost 10-2 to Marco Hoesli (Glarus, SUI), then responded with a 7-4 win over Jordon McDonald (Winnipeg, MB). Edin won 8-5 against Bruce Mouat (Stirling, SCO). Edin went on to lose 7-3 against Brad Jacobs (Edmonton, AB) in their final qualifying round match.
 
Edin earned 30.000 world rankings points for their Top 6 finish in the WFG Masters. Edin move up 1 spots after posting a net gain of 24.75 points improving upon their best 7 results so far this season, ranking 10th overall with 256.313 total points on the World Ranking Standings. Edin ranks 12th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 175.875 points earned so far this season.
