Drewitz went on to lose 6-2 against Nova Scotia's Calan MacIsaac. Drewitz lost 5-4 to Timothy Marin (Saint John, NB) where Drewitz responded with a 8-7 win over Newfoundland / Labrador's Simon Perry. Drewitz won 9-6 against Landan Rooney (Mississauga, ON). Drewitz went on to lose 8-7 against Johnson Tao (Edmonton, AB) in their final qualifying round match.

Drewitz earned 3.375 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. For week 35 of the event schedule, Drewitz did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Drewitz ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
