Raphaela Keiser (St. Moritz, SUI) won 5-2 over Daniela Jentsch (Fuessen, GER) in the Final of the International Bernese Ladies Cup, held January 27 - 30, 2022 in Bern, Switzerland. To advance to the championship game, Keiser won 7-6 over Rebecca Morrison (GB, UK) in the semifinals of the 2022 International Bernese Ladies Cup in Bern, Switzerland; and won 8-4 over Nora Wuest (Wetzikon, SUI) in the quarterfinals.
Keiser finished 3-0 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Keiser defeated Lisa Muhmenthaler (Bern, SUI) 6-3, then won 7-2 against Wuest and 6-5 against Morrison in their final qualifying round match.
For winning the International Bernese Ladies Cup Championship title, Keiser earned 29.902 world rankings points along with the $4,785CDN first prize cheque. Keiser move up 8 spots after posting a net gain of 17.864 points improving upon their best 5 results so far this season, ranking 27th overall with 106.273 total points on the World Ranking Standings. Keiser ranks 23rd overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 93.157 points earned so far this season.
