In their opening game, Galusha defeated Nola Zingel (Lloydminster, AB) 8-4, then went on to lose 6-5 against Jennifer Clark-Rouire (Miami, MB). Galusha lost 8-5 to Yu Han (Beijing, CHN) where Galusha responded with a 7-2 win over Madison Bear (St.Paul, MN). Galusha went on to lose 7-5 against Un-Chi Gim (Gyeonggi-do, KOR) in their final qualifying round match.
