Terry Odishaw (Moncton, NB) won 7-4 over James Grattan (Oromocto, NB) in the Final Odishaw advanced directly to the championship game after finishing first in the preliminary round. of the New Brunswick Tankard, held January 23 - 27, 2019 at the Curl Moncton in Moncton, Canada.

Odishaw finished 6-1 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Odishaw defeated Jason Vaughan (Saint John, NB) 8-1, then won 7-5 against Rene Comeau (Fredericton, NB) and 10-4 against Grattan. Odishaw won 6-4 against Ed Cyr (Fredericton, NB), then won 7-3 against Dan Crouse (Moncton, NB). Odishaw went on to lose 9-2 against Scott Jones (Moncton, NB). Odishaw responded with a 8-3 win over Paul Dobson (Saint John, NB) in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the New Brunswick Tankard Championship title, Odishaw earned 11.813 world rankings points. Odishaw move up 50 spots after posting a net gain of 8.266 points improving upon their best 8 results so far this season, ranking 168th overall with 20.229 total points on the World Ranking Standings. Odishaw ranks 176th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 16.683 points earned so far this season.
