Ainsley went on to lose 7-1 against Ferris. Ainsley responded with a 9-6 win over Dave Ellis (Toronto, ON) in their final qualifying round match.

With their runner-up finish at the KW Fall Classic, Ainsley take home 16.570 world rankings points along with the $1,400CDN prize, moving up 120 spots the World Ranking Standings into 130th place overall with 22.903 total points.
