Which national events get OOM points?

I've seen OOM points awarded for all sorts of regional and national playdowns. But so far, the WCT site hasn't given points for U.S. juniors. Is that an oversight, a delay or actual policy?

Not sure of exact rule, but for cash events the first rule is "The event must have a minimum field of 12 teams for men and 10 teams for women registered no later than October 15th of the current season."

I doubt that there are enough registered and ranked junior teams to earn points for the event, though that is a guess. I'm sure that the # of team requirement differens for a national event, but still woudl guess not enough rated junior teams.
