Like I said earlier, Koe should have warned everyone the first day. The bug will now spread and the outcomes become skewed if illness goes thru all the teams.

Stay hydrated out there, get lots of rest, and wash your hands. Everyone.

Today in sports it seems much of the scheduling, timing, allotment of time is dictated by the TV coporations that put up the big bucks. Why no games on Monday morning? Was it it because of NHL trade deadline and all media consumed by it?

This is Koe's 9th kick at the can. Could it be that a 0-6 record at this pt is one reason the CC went to relegation?

Good point, I agree, it needs to be more competitive, Nova Scotia were 0-11 last year.

i think we all know by now that koe is a lot better than what he is showing here. made the playoffs a couple years ago and finished with a 6-5 record , just out of the playoffs in 2006 in 5th.

also has a couple 5-6 record in 2007 and 2013

he deserves to be here, he has proven that

In all the games I've seen he has been swearing/ pouting when koe misses. He is always walking away from rocks when he thinks they are done. Turning his back to them. you never saw him doing this with martin. Unless it was the last shot of the game. He just doesn't seem happy. I could be reading into it more than needed.

You are making something out of nothing. The whole team has been incredibly supportive of Kevin all week considering he has been the only one who isn't playing spectacularly.

Fairly obvious who is the real skip of the kean rink. Camm and his two buds, questioning everything Kean does . Kean needs to say stfu.

I have to think team Canada would be doing better if Simmons was skipping from the start. Surprised the team hadn't made this change earlier in the season as it made a lot of sense.

I really like Menard's team. Would love to see them win again.

The provincial play downs had 5 sheets and Sportsnet managed to cover them but according to Tsn 5 sheets would be too hard for them to film.

Possibly, but the Scotties didn't have a monday morning draw either. Maybe it's time to let the fans recover from the brier patch. Though it does seem like wasted time where more draws could be played, just like Friday having only one draw.

Either way, if this was done between people familiar with each other sure but not in this situation. repeat the verbal request or go to the official. And as someone else posted. Ryan Fry has fingers and knees all over the ice what would have happened if we hit his foot?

I've seen Fry and Jacobs leaving their bare hands on the ice which is even worse. At least the knee is covered, hands give off more body heat. But this is curling 101, don't put body heat on the ice.

i dont know about that but i did see at least 3 incidences where mark called one shot and the front 3 down at the other end decided to play a different one. so what happened was mark was calling line for his shot while they were managing line for their shot.

I saw this mentioned after the win at the Ontario tankard. There needs to be one skip on a team not 4.

If there was a split into two pools, which in theory would make for more competitive games and not extend the event, why not 4 draws a day?

Or drop team Canada, and give reasonable consideration to including Nunavet with travel subsidies to compete in the NWT playdown. Now you have 13 teams, which on surface should be able to be done in a round robin.
