Please know that clubs handle dues very differently, so you may need more clarification. Some clubs have a fixed fee structure, wherein you pay X amount of dollars per year, and for that you get to curl an unlimited amount, and your local club uses your dues to pay for the ice/facility/insurance/etc as well as pay money to the national/regional organization to cover those dues.
Other clubs have a 2 part fee structure, where you pay X amount of dollars to cover national and regional dues, and maybe insurance, and then you pay Y amount to curl, or possibly Y or Z amount to curl.
TO use more real world numbers could be
A You pay $500 per year to curl an unlimited amount and this includes everything.
B You pay $100 in dues to cover dues to Curl Canada, and then you pay $250 per year to curl twice per week and $100 per year for each additional day that you curl per week.
