Introducing TEAM DOIG Local Competitive Junior Curling Team
We are a competitive junior curling team from Seaforth, Ontario looking for sponsorship funding from local businesses and organizations to help offset costs for our very demanding upcoming 2015‐16 curling season.
This teams story maybe a little bit different from other teams out there today. The team is comprised of 4 boys who have been curling together since the age of 9 years old. They all curl out of the Seaforth Curling Club, a member and volunteer driven curling facility in Seaforth. When the boys were all in grade 4, the
coach of the junior curling program asked if they would like to represent Seaforth Public School at the Tim Bits Elementary School Curling Provincial Championships. The boys went with zero expectations and came away with a consolation event trophy and a new love for competitive curling.
