Batty Attention youth curlers of southwestern Ontario and beyond!
The K-W Granite is once again offering summer leagues.
We will be running twice-a-week leagues from August 22 to Sept 15, 2016.

The K-W Granite Club offers pristine ice conditions, fast with good curl. During the 2013 Ontario Hearts Team Rachel Homan described it as one of the quickest sheets of ice the team had played on.

There is an Open major league Mondays and Wednesdays: Entry fee $593.25 per team, payout $100/win, 7 games
Junior teams have signed up for the major league in the past couple of years since just three wins gets you back down to the cost of the Tuesday and Thursdays league but the competition talent level is much higher. In the past years we have had former national masters champion, Ontario Hearts champions, former senior men's champions and teams who have regularly played on the OCT or OJCT, both genders

For the open junior/bantam league on Tuesdays and Thursdays: Entry fee $339.00 per team, no payout, 8 games. In entering this league you will play like-minded bantam and junior teams or regular club teams (all dependent on final number of entries who just like you are trying to get a jump on the season.

Twice a week sounds like a lot but it is all over in four weeks coinciding with the start of the regular season of many of larger clubs in Ontario and with the curling tours well under way.

The above prices include the 13% HST.
It works out to less than $11 a game per player for the junior/bantam leagues.
Games will be at 6:30 pm (second draws a possibility depending on response)

Individuals looking for teams can post an ad on our Players Classifieds page.
Interested parties should INCLUDE cheque and team information (names of all team members and coach plus contact info) to address below. Obviously indicate which league you would be interested in. (major, junior, bantam)

Cheques can be post-dated to August 8, 2016 and you can withdraw without penalty prior to that date. Payment also accepted by e-transfer to info@kwgranite.com.
Your spot will only be guaranteed once a cheque as reached the KW Granite office.
