Kenan Wipf (Calgary, AB) lost 6-4 to Cole Ector (Calgary, AB) in the Final of the Curlers Corner Mens U18 Bonspiel, held September 7 - 9, 2018 in Calgary, Alberta. To advance to the championship game, Wipf won 8-6 over Carson Lawrence (Calgary, AB) in the semifinals

Wipf finished 2-0 in the 14-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Wipf defeated Max Kobylnyk (Calgary, AB) 5-4, then won 9-3 against Nicholas Woznesensky (Red Deer, AB) in their final qualifying round match.

. For week 4 of the event schedule, Wipf did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Wipf ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
