No they shouldnt. They have had to switch away from their featured game 2 of the last 3 times and all 3 times their feature game has ended early. This is doing nothing good for the game
Its time they started showing games that could be competitive

I guess it never occurred to the CCA event organizers that Monday is a civic holiday in Ontario, and it may have been a good idea to have an early morning draw today. You know. Because people aren't at work and are looking for something to do as a family and all. Could have put some promotion behind it to fill the seats.
today is a holiday all over Canada

This may be a little late but in the opening game Team Can/NB game Nedohin chose to hit with her last rock certainly looking like shot rock in 10 and game over. I found this strange as there was no chance that NB was shot and there was risk in ticking a guard and killing shot rock or perhaps the dreaded pick happening. Did anyone else find this strange? I certainly did!

I waited all day to see curling and now I gotta watch Team Nedohin's antics all afternoon and no name Quebec.
When is TSN going to wise up and show Team Homan. TSN, IN CASE YOU HAVEN'T HEARD, IT'S IN ONTARIO WE WANT TO SEE TEAM ONTARIO. Not Quebec vs. Last Chance Team Canada.

Going by that theory and its a good one, they should be showing bc vs ont. On paper it looks like the best gm of the draw.

The first couple days tsn tries to cover every team.
They will wise up starting tomorrow, they'll show matches involving jones or homan the rest of the way.

One misplaced guard in the 1st end and Canada got a nice present. That's the only real difference of the game so far. But yeps, game over.

There are better games on the ice at the moment. They need to switch to NS-MAN or ONT-BC soon.

100% agree. The only thing she could have done was made the situation worse. I was shocked she threw one in there as well.

Super shot by Rachel to her deuce.
I thought she was crazy to try it since the draw was there through the port but she made it!
One of the reasons why I like her team, they're never afraid to try anything for multiple points.

I honestly thought Quebec could have kept it a little closer
Glad they switched to Ontario/BC but its a little embarrassing that they havent been able to stay on the selected game for 4 of the first 6 draws now.

most teams would have tried that shot, it was simply the shot to play.

Yeah, i'd agree with you. except I would say that Alison and Rachel have been the ones going strong its been Lisa and Emma who have been off
this game though everyone but Lisa is a bit flat
Rachel has made some great shots but she's also made some uncharacteristic mistakes

Jones & Nedohwin destroy two more foes. They are the proven "true monsters"
i wouldn't cry if it was canada vs manitoba in the final this yr. last yrs semi was a classic and the gm those two had at the canada cup a couple of months ago was terrific.

Nice to see the great lady, Jeanna Schraeder come to the party with her A-game today. She's giving Emma Miskew some minor torment. Too bad Little Miss Muffit (Kelly Scott) is not curling her A-match, despite her nifty little draw to second shot in 9.
Front ends are a bit of a saw off - Weagle/Kreviazuk are strong curlers but Wazney & Sash are tough.
Big diff. is Little Kelly doesn't have the range of shots Homan has.
jeanna is definately winning the battle at third and its great to see her back in top form. Its a shame that Kelly herself seems so off this week, if she was curling in her top form BC could have had this wrapped up.
Nice little bit of class from Jill Shumay there too.her front end wanted the high five after her draw for the win but she actually shook her head and told them no high five until after she had shaken hands.

That is exactly what you would expect from any curler. Nice move there Jill and a lot of others could learn from that little gesture of respect.
