There is. Some products are simply necessary for our bodies. For example, many vegetables contain many enzymes that have a beneficial effect on our digestion. Very interesting information. I agree that food is very important for our existence, and it provides us with a lot of important nutrition for our lives. But to be honest, I think it's still not possible to get all the vital things from food; it's important to take different vitamins and supplements to support our health. Not a long time ago, I was looking for some info about it and came across this page https://www.amazon.com/USDA-Organic...s/dp/B0CKBPTPRL which provided me info about mullein drops for lungs. I think it was the first time I'd ever heard about it, but after reading about the benefits, I decided to try. I do sport, and I think it's important to take care of the lungs and the breathing system in general.
