To advance to the championship game, Walker/Muyres won 9-5 over Marie Kaldvee/Harri Lill (Tallinn, EST) in the semifinals of the 2022 Hardline Open in Carleton Place, Ontario, Canada; and won 7-5 over Rachel Homan/Tyler Tardi (Ottawa, ON) in the quarterfinals. of the 2022 Hardline Open in Carleton Place, Ontario, Canada;

Walker/Muyres finished 3-0 in the 24-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Walker/Muyres defeated Sherry Just/Ryan Deis (Prince Albert, SK) 9-0, then won 12-1 against Erin Butler/Jordan McNamara (Ottawa, ON) and 6-5 against Jenny Perret/Martin Rios (Glarus, SUI) in their final qualifying round match.
