Greg Skauge (Yellowknife, NT) lost 7-3 to Jamie Koe (Yellowknife, NT) in the Final of the Northwest Territories Mens Championship, held February 9 - 13, 2022 in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories. To advance to the championship game, Skauge won 11-3 over D'arcy Delorey (Hay River, NT) in the semifinals of the 2022 Northwest Territories Mens Championship in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories;
Skauge finished 4-2 in the 4-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Skauge defeated Delorey 10-8, then went on to lose 10-5 against Koe. Skauge responded with a 10-1 win over Mason MacNeil (Inuvik, NT). Skauge won 14-3 against MacNeil. Skauge went on to lose 10-3 against Koe. Skauge responded with a 7-1 win over Delorey in their final qualifying round match.
With their runner-up finish at the Northwest Territories Mens Championship, Skauge take home 1.650 world rankings points, moving up 104 spots the World Ranking Standings into 331st place overall with 1.959 total points. Skauge ranks 299th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 1.650 points earned so far this season.
