Craig Disher (Rolla, ND) finished 3-0 in the 18-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Disher defeated Craig Zamzow (Swan River, MB) 10-2, then won 7-1 against Jason Ackerman (regina, SK) and 8-7 against Randy Bryden (Regina, SK) in their final qualifying round match.

Disher earned 3.300 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the Whites' Drug Store Curling Classic. For week of the event schedule, Disher did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Disher ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
