Hana Synackova (Prague, CZE) finished 6-0 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Synackova defeated Vera Kalocsai-van Dorp (Budapest, HUN) 9-8, then won 11-2 against Ming Chieh Lee (Taiwan, TPE) and 7-4 against Virginija Paulauskaite (Vilnius, LTU).
