To advance to the championship game, Dubberstein won 10-6 over Ling-Yue Hung (Hong Kong, HKG) in the semifinals

In their opening game, Dubberstein defeated Brazil's Luciana Barrella 13-5, then won 8-6 against Puerto Rico's Emily Pinnelli and 8-6 against Kazakhstan's Angelina Ebauyer. Dubberstein won 11-3 against Hung, then won 12-1 against Thailand's Phichayathida Jaosap and 12-5 against Ming Chieh Lee (Taipei City, TPE) in their final qualifying round match.
