Ryan went on to lose 8-3 against Yujie Zhang (Beijing, CHN). Ryan responded with a 5-1 win over Kang. Ryan won 7-1 against Ava Arndt (Vernon, BC) in their final qualifying round match.

Ryan earned 6.000 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the Prestige Hotels & Resorts Curling Classic.
