In their opening game, Galusha defeated Katelyn Wasylkiw (Milton, ON) 9-2, then won 9-3 against Paige Bown (Navan, ON) and 6-3 against Krista McCarville (Thunder Bay, NONT). Galusha went on to lose 10-7 against Isabelle Ladouceur (Whitby, ON) in their final qualifying round match.
