To advance to the championship game, Kelly won 7-5 over Marlee Powers (Halifax, NS) in the semifinals of the 2022 Jim Sullivan Curling Classic in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada;
 
Kelly finished 4-0 in the 15-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Kelly defeated Judy Ross (Fredericton, NB) 8-2, then won 8-3 against Shelly Graham (Fredericton, NB) and 5-4 against Samantha Crook (Sackville, NB). Kelly won 7-2 against Brigitte MacPhail (Iqaluit, NU) in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their runner-up finish at the Jim Sullivan Curling Classic, Kelly take home 11.000 world rankings points along with the $1,500CDN prize. For week 17 of the event schedule, Kelly did not improve upon their best events, dropping from 22nd to 25th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with 121.174 total points. Kelly ranks 34th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 59.750 points earned so far this season.
