Scott Dunnam (Philadelphia, PA) run at the 2022 Curl Mesabi Classic came to an end in the semifinals with a 10-4 loss to Korey Dropkin (Duluth, MN).  of the 2022 Curl Mesabi Classic in Eveleth, Minnesota, United States; Dunnam advanced through the quarterfinals with a 7-2 win over Samuel Strouse (Bemidji, MN).  
 
Dunnam finished 4-0 in the 20-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Dunnam defeated Andy Jukich (Duluth, MN) 7-2, then won 1-0 against Stuart Thompson (Halifax , NS) and 8-0 against Strouse. Dunnam won 6-5 against Nicholas Connolly (Seattle, WA) in their final qualifying round match.
 
Dunnam earned 12.750 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the Curl Mesabi Classic. Dunnam move up 6 spots after posting a net gain of 7.5 points improving upon their best 5 results so far this season, ranking 52nd overall with 73.338 total points on the World Ranking Standings. Dunnam ranks 57th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 45.625 points earned so far this season.
