Kevin Koe (Calgary, AB) run at the 2021 Tim Hortons Curling Trials came to an end in the semifinals with a 8-3 loss to Brad Jacobs (Sault Ste. Marie, NO). of the 2021 Tim Hortons Curling Trials in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan;
Koe finished 6-2 in the 9-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Koe defeated Tanner Horgan (Kingston, ON) 9-2, then went on to lose 7-3 against Brad Gushue (St. John's, NL). Koe responded with a 10-3 win over Matt Dunstone (Regina, SK). Koe won 9-7 against Brendan Bottcher (Edmonton, AB), then won 7-6 against Mike McEwen (Winnipeg, MB). Koe went on to lose 7-3 against Jacobs. Koe responded with a 9-7 win over Jason Gunnlaugson (Winnipeg, MB). Koe won 9-3 against John Epping (Toronto, ON) in their final qualifying round match.
Koe earned 57.366 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the Tim Hortons Curling Trials, remaining in 4th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with a net gain of 13.471 after improving upon their best so far this season. Koe ranks 4th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 171.104 points earned so far this season.
