Paterson lost 7-3 to Edin in their final qualifying round match.

With their third place finish at the Le Gruyere AOP European Curling Championships, Paterson earn 36.216 world rankings points, moving up 1 spots the World Ranking Standings into 8th place overall with 384.501 total points.
