Rachel Homan (Ottawa, ON) won 6-4 over Val Sweeting (Edmonton, AB) in the Final of the Masters of Curling, held October 27 - November 1, 2015 in Truro, Nova Scotia. To advance to the championship game, Homan won 8-5 over Kristy McDonald (Winnipeg, MB) in the semifinals of the 2015 Masters of Curling in Truro, Nova Scotia; and won 8-4 over Jennifer Jones (Winnipeg, MB) in the quarterfinals.
 
Homan finished 4-0 in the 15-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Homan defeated Tracy Fleury (Sudbury, NONT) 7-2, then won 5-3 against Silvana Tirinzoni (Aarau PwC, SUI) and 5-3 against Margaretha Sigfridsson (Sundsvall, SWE). Homan won 6-2 against EunJung Kim (Uiseong, KOR) in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Masters of Curling Championship title, Homan earned 81.456 world rankings points along with the $26,000CDN first prize cheque, remaining in 1st place overall on the World Ranking Standings with 714.792 total points. Homan ranks 1st overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 340.632 points earned so far this season.
