Brock Virtue (Regina, SK) run at the 2013 Canad Inns Prairie Classic came to an end in the semifinals with a 6-5 loss to Mike McEwen (Winnipeg, MB). of the 2013 Canad Inns Prairie Classic in Portage La Prairie, Manitoba, Canada; Virtue advanced through the quarterfinals with a 4-3 win over Mark Kean (Toronto, ON). of the 2013 Canad Inns Prairie Classic in Portage La Prairie, Manitoba, Canada;

Virtue finished 5-2 in the 32-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Virtue defeated Ryan Hyde (Portage la Prairie, MB) 8-2, then won 5-3 against Glenn Howard (Penetanguishene, ON) and 6-1 against Brad Jacobs (Sault Ste Marie, ON). Virtue went on to lose 8-3 against McEwen. Virtue lost 7-6 to Kean where Virtue responded with a 7-3 win over Jared Kolomaya (Stonewall, MB). Virtue won 8-7 against Oskar Eriksson (Lit, SWE) in their final qualifying round match.

Virtue earned 20.000 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the Canad Inns Prairie Classic, moving up 11 spots the World Ranking Standings into 28th place overall with 54.330 total points. Virtue ranks 14th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 32.075 points earned so far this season.
