To advance to the championship game, Wang won 6-5 over Michele Jaggi (Bern, SUI) in the semifinals of the 2013 Prestige Hotels & Resorts Curling Classic in Vernon, British Columbia, Canada; and won 7-3 over Eve Muirhead (Stirling, SCO) in the quarterfinals. of the 2013 Prestige Hotels & Resorts Curling Classic in Vernon, British Columbia, Canada;
 
Wang finished 4-0 in the 32-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Wang defeated Allison Pottinger (Bemidji, MN) 9-4, then won 8-4 against Muirhead and 8-3 against Marla Mallett (Cloverdale, BC). Wang won 6-5 against Amy Nixon (Calgary, AB) in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Prestige Hotels & Resorts Curling Classic Championship title, Wang earned 35.000 world rankings points along with the $9,000CDN first prize cheque, moving up 6 spots the World Ranking Standings into 19th place overall with 94.475 total points. Wang ranks 1st overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 56.350 points earned so far this season.
