Heather Nedohin (Edmonton, AB) run at the 2010 Manitoba Lotteries Womens Curling Classic came to an end in the semifinals with a 8-7 loss to Cathy Overton-Clapham (Winnipeg, MB). of the 2010 Manitoba Lotteries Womens Curling Classic in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada; Nedohin advanced through the quarterfinals with a 8-3 win over Renee Sonnenberg (Grande Prairie, AB).
 
Nedohin finished 4-2 in the 32-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Nedohin defeated Joelle Brown (Winnipeg, MB) 8-2, then went on to lose 8-4 against Overton-Clapham. Nedohin lost 7-2 to Cheryl Bernard (Calgary, AB) where Nedohin responded with a 7-1 win over Michelle Englot (Regina, SK). Nedohin won 8-2 against Barb Spencer (Winnipeg, MB), then won 5-3 against Amber Holland (Kronau, SK) in their final qualifying round match.
 
Nedohin earned 22.000 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the Manitoba Lotteries Womens Curling Classic, remaining in 9th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with 148.401 total points. Nedohin ranks 1st overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 88.680 points earned so far this season.
