Liudmila Privivkova (Moscow, RUS) qualified for the 2009 Twin Anchors Invitational playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 4-2 against Crystal Webster (Calgary, AB). of the 2009 Twin Anchors Invitational in Vernon, British Columbia, Canada;
 
Privivkova finished 3-2 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Privivkova lost 7-2 to Dailene Sivertson (Victoria, BC), droppimg another game, 10-5 to British Columbia's Allison MacInnes where Privivkova responded with a 7-1 win over Shannon Kleibrink (Calgary, AB). Privivkova won 8-5 against British Columbia's Colleen Hannah, then won 8-5 against Patti Knezevic (Prince George, BC) in their final qualifying round match.
 
Privivkova earned 10.140 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the Twin Anchors Invitational.
