Not able to watch, is this a redo of yesterday's game? Appears he should decline the hammer.

Holy ****. Another epic collapse. What in the happened with Epping in the Las 2 games?
6-3 to howard and loses 6-10
6-1 against tuck and loses 7-9

epping front end was horrible and it caught up to them---easy to blame the skip.

What a complete collapse by Team Epping for the second straight game, up 6-1 and ends up losing 9-7.

Starting to think we will need see Epping get to a brier. Wouldn't be all that surprised if camm jumped ship at the end of the season

Wow, did not see that coming. TeamEpping is the new team McEwen. Best current men's team never to be in a Brier. The monkey on his back grows bigger every year.

Didn't you just post a Howard vs epping final a few posts above? Maybe we trial balloon M.L.P.F as a new term. Manitoba Legend Prediction Failure.

just so confusing. thats 2 total meltdowns from them in a row. very unlike them
going to take a long time to get over this i think . how do you is the question
like i said, i think camm will be jumping ship. he'll wait until the trials are over because its to late now to make a change unless he can hook up with someone that has a spot of a good shot at getting there. if they get to the brier next year he'll stay with them but he doesnt strike me as someone who'll hang around if john lingers forever coming up short in ontario.

Love it. He who uses juvenile and stupid nicknames should be given one himself. Needs to be nastier and more childish though.

Epping and Homan are both showoffs, Epping had an easy draw in 8 to go up by 3 but instead he jams a double (trying for 2
) and then is only up by 1, Maybe meds wear off by the 6th end,
The big boys would make mush out of Tuck at the Brier and Howard's stamina would be questionable,

Does anyone have a picture of what this shot looked like? Would love to know details.

After the 1 vs 2 game Camm, might be asked to leave. He was no help yesterday both in shotmaking and being a Vice. Not sure who would pick him up tho.
Over rated. Needs to go back a couple of positions to gain experience.
That was Eppings game from the start but he never capalized.
I attended the game and it was probably the worst 1/2 game I have seen since the inception of the Page System. It looked like neither team wanted to win.
IMHO only.

Did it ever occur to you that maybe John will be giving Camm his walking papers? I'm guessing no. A skip shouldn't have miracle run backs or tight hack weight hit and stick for the win. Did john have his best game--absolutely not but march played 0 at the easiest position, jannsen was a non-factor and the great camm miss four key shots which would have given john much easier shots. Just love how people remember the last shots and not the previous 7

Major meltdown,
I would say 2 things, first the scoreboard should tell you what shot to play and second, this guy is not ready for the big show. Take a step back

pretty sure the whole team feels responsible and only posters are thinking about the team splitting.
they have sacrificed 5 years to play in the olympics - a couple of bumps in the road mean nothing to this team

Hope you're right but not sure. I didn't see the game but based on what I'm reading it was a collective loss. It sounds like Epping made some mistakes. But as a skip, you're sunk if your team leaves you with difficult shot after difficult shot
As for the 'collapse' nickname developed for Epping within an hour of the loss by one infamous poster, that was utterly classless. I'm sure their whole team is heartbroken and you have to jump on them with both feet within an hour of the defeat. You're more embarrassing as a former curler than they ever will be.

How is it that the Ontario final is not televised in Ontario?

Koe has "two" spots in the 2017 Olympic trials. So his second spot goes to the next 2016-2017 CTRS points leader.
Then the next two 2016-2017 not already qualified also get spots direct in the 2017 trials no matter what.
Those teams are Gushue, Epping, and Laycock.
In order for Epping to not get an entry in the trials, he would have to be overtaken by Morris and McEwen (50 and 90 points behind) by May of 2017 with neither winning the Brier.
That's possible.
What's not possible is for them to lose their spot in the pre-trials.
So, yeah, no, this team is not splitting up

Because CurlON signed a deal with an online streaming service where you pay to watch online
