I've never someone burn a rock that way before at this level. It was as if she didn't see the stone. So weird.

OK tell me what the difference is between hitting that in-turn and outturn - will you get a different trajectory with one turn vs the other? how much difference would it make?
If you hit it on the in-turn, the shooter (which has a lot more momentum behind it) would redirect on to the second shot stone. Also, due to the rotation of the stone, it will come off at a sharper angle giving Nedohin a larger margin for error on the shot.
Without having the shot in front of me at the moment to reference, she could throw almost anything above board weight and hit from about a sliver to about a quarter of a rock on the in-turn.
On the out turn she needed peel weight to have a hope, and had to be almost exact where she hit it.

A few years ago at the Scotties, Lois Fowler (MB skip) was credited with a 100% game in the round robin.

Yippee... What's worse than being 2 down at the break? Being 3 down after 7. Go Homan and Ontario?

So the game plan for Ontario is make to Jones throw an out turn hit seeing that she likes being narrow. Another 3 spot for Homan and back to keep things well, relatively simple.

JJ got greedy on that shot, trying for the little roll on an inside hit.

Whomever the winner is, at least this is a good game. Great to see kaitlyn stepping up.

Jj worked really hard to get back to tied and then she got greedy and missed a very precise shot with no room for error and then missed a shot most Monday night b groupers would make. It's a killer. Her brain gets the bet of her. Ont was starting to look rattled and she gave it right back. Great game kaitlyn.

It's over...no way she's scoring 5 points in 2 ends. Yes. Yes. Yes. I hope Jenn crumbles like this at the trials as well.

Wow. Yikes! It would almost be easier for Jones to draw for one instead of trying to pull a 2005 magic on her last shot. Game over.
