Homan blow up or Koe blow up, which is worse?
I'm thinking Koe's meltdown is worse. At least Homan got a medal. What do you guys think?

Neither one of them gave a performance that we should be ashamed of. Honestly it could have been worse, a lot worse.
at some point you need to give credit to the opposition who played well.

I agree with Misty that we shouldn't be ashamed of either team's performance. But to me Homan's blow up was worse. She was in control of the gold medal game until the 8th end. She had a 2 point lead with a few ends left, and she gives up a 3? I had never seen her team do that until then. Then in the 9th end I still have no idea what she was trying to do. You have to give the Swiss credit, they played great in that game and hung in there when it looked like Canada would win. But at the same time, with a 2 point lead late in a game like that, I have never seen Homan let so many rocks in play. Usually she would play defensively and keep the house open. Even in the 9th I was surprised she didn't try to blank. That was out of character, and so were the misses by Homan and her teammates in those ends. They dominated the tournament aside from the RR game vs Switzerland, Germany, and a few bad ends here and there. As a fan of their team, it was brutal to watch them totally collapse like that.
Koe on the other hand, I don't see it as a blow up because I saw it coming long before. They had tons of struggles with the ice and as a team they were out of sync. I honestly didn't expect them to beat Norway or Sweden. I am shocked that they didn't medal though. Koe's team missed the wrong shot at the wrong time, plus they had the misfortune to run into the 2 hottest teams in the tournament in Norway and Sweden. Switzerland played very well in the bronze medal game too. Norway, Sweden, and Switzerland all made the shots when they had to, Canada didn't. That's just the way it goes. Homan's team was the best all week, Koe's wasn't. So to me it's more shocking she lost. Just my 2 cents. Sorry about the length of this post I just had a lot to say lol

worst how can you put a word to explain falling short of expectations from our Men's and ladies rinks at this year Worlds, one isn't worst than the other it is shear disappointment nothing more nothing less... Actually on a scale of failure that distinction would have to go to the Koe foursome I am afraid to say, after all they came home from China with NADA
