Chris Glibota (Sudbury, NONT) run at the 2016 Secker Ross & Perry Eastern Ontario Championship came to an end in the semifinals with a 11-1 loss to Greg Balsdon (Kingston, ON). of the 2016 Secker Ross & Perry Eastern Ontario Championship in Kingston, Ontario; Glibota advanced through the quarterfinals with a 4-3 win over Celeste Bellefeuille (Ottawa, ON). of the 2016 Secker Ross & Perry Eastern Ontario Championship in Kingston, Ontario;

Glibota finished 3-0 in the 24-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Glibota defeated Kurtis Byrd (Kingston, ON) 5-3, then won 6-5 against Ritchie Gillan (Ottawa, ON) and 7-5 against Terri Weeks (St. Catharines, ON) in their final qualifying round match.

Glibota earned 9.713 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the Secker Ross & Perry Eastern Ontario Championship, moving up 36 spots the World Ranking Standings into 139th place overall with 32.069 total points. Glibota ranks 93rd overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 25.576 points earned so far this season.
