Howard finished 3-2 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Howard lost 5-2 to Shane Vollman (Regina, SK), droppimg another game, 7-4 to Saskatchewan's Michael Carss where Howard responded with a 7-6 win over Tye Olson (Estevan, SK). Howard won 7-6 against Saskatchewan's Jason Jacobson, then won 9-6 against Vollman in their final qualifying round match.

Howard earned 11.298 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the Saskatchewan Tour Championship, moving up 11 spots the World Ranking Standings into 94th place overall with 50.461 total points. Howard ranks 86th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 46.713 points earned so far this season.
