John Shuster (Duluth, USA) run at the 2018 Karuizawa International came to an end in the semifinals with a 8-1 loss to Yuta Matsumura (Sapporo, JPN). of the 2018 Karuizawa International in Karuizawa, Japan; Shuster advanced through the quarterfinals with a 6-5 win over Ryo Ogihara (Karuizawa, JPN).
