In Own Words:
Began curling when I was 11 years old. By age 25 I had committed myself to becoming a world-class athlete. I chose the sport of curling because of the patience, mental toughness and balance it requires. [cr][lf][cr][lf]Lank has always enjoyed all sports. She grew up with five brothers and one sister, so competition started early in life. She loves the draw game. She has recorded an 8-ender (a perfect end in curling, similar to a hole-in-one in golf).
