In Own Words:
Curling has been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. I was inspired to curl by my father, who appeared in 7 Briers and won the 1977 Brier in Quebec. There was hardly a day that went by in our house that we didnt talk about curling. [cr][lf][cr][lf]Curling remains a large part of my life. My wife and older boys are all curlers. My son Mitchell lost the Canadian Junior Championship a few years ago and my son Brady loves the game and played in the BC Jnr Championships last year. [cr][lf]
Curling Highlights:
Brier Appearances: 1999, 2003 and 2008 [cr][lf]Olympic Trial Appearances: 1988 and 2002[cr][lf]World Jn Champion: 1985[cr][lf]Canadian Jn Champion: 1984
Junior Highlights:
I was lucky to play with great players in Juniors and was able to win 2 Manitoba Junior Championships, 1 Canadian Junior Championship and a World Junior Championship. My brother Mike was a part of all those teams.
