Kitazawa went on to lose 7-0 against Jessica Corrado (Lakefield, ON). Kitazawa responded with a 5-3 win over Ha in their final qualifying round match.

Kitazawa earned 14.875 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the KW Fall Classic. For week 8 of the event schedule, Kitazawa did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points.
