Epping went on to lose 5-4 against Korey Dropkin (Duluth, MN). Epping responded with a 8-2 win over Yusuke Morozumi (Karuizawa, JPN). Epping won 6-5 against Daniel Casper (Chaska, MN) to advance to a B-Qualifier game where they lost 8-3 against Dunstone to drop into a C-Qualifier game where they responded with a 7-3 win over Thomas Scoffin (Whitehorse, YK) to advance to the playoff round. in their final qualifying round match.
