United States's Matt Mellin won 11-3 over United States's Will Meyer in the Final of the USA Curling Under-5 National Championship, held April 25 - 28, 2024 in Chaska, Minnesota. To advance to the championship game, United States's Matt Mellin won 8-5 over United States's Christian Rose in the semifinals of the 2024 USA Curling Under-5 National Championship in Chaska, Minnesota; and won 7-4 over United States's James-Grant Robertson in the quarterfinals.

United States's Matt Mellin finished 5-0 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, United States's Matt Mellin defeated United States's Dan Smith 12-1, then won 9-3 against United States's Ken Mullikin and 7-3 against United States's James-Grant Robertson. United States's Matt Mellin won 9-2 against United States's Carl Haynes, then won 6-5 against United States's Alyssa Parks in their final qualifying round match.
