To advance to the championship game, Lithuania's Virginija Paulauskaite won 5-2 over Switzerland's Daniela Rueetschi-Schlegel in the semifinals of the 2024 World Senior Curling Championships in Ostersund, Sweden; and won 11-1 over England's Manon Harsch in the quarterfinals.

In their opening game, Lithuania's Virginija Paulauskaite defeated Czechia's Jana Berankova 7-3, then went on to lose 6-3 against Canada's Susan Froud. Lithuania's Virginija Paulauskaite responded with a 9-2 win over Finland's Tiina Julkunen. Lithuania's Virginija Paulauskaite won 9-3 against Norway's Beate Ruden, then won 5-3 against Japan's Miyako Yoshimura in their final qualifying round match.
