In their opening game, Blades defeated Justine Comeau (Fredericton, NB) 5-4, then went on to lose 8-1 against Allyson MacNutt (Halifax, NS). Blades lost 9-7 to Sarah Mallais (Moncton, NB) in their final qualifying round match.
