Xu finished 3-1 in the 24-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Xu defeated
Kaiden Beck (Salmon Arm , BC) 10-0, then won
8-2 against
Jason Montgomery (Victoria, BC). Xu went on to lose
8-3 against
Abe. Xu responded with a
7-4 win over
Jared Kolomaya (Richmond, BC) in their final qualifying round match.
For winning the Prestige Hotels & Resorts Curling Classic Championship title, Xu earned
