To advance to the championship game, Homan won 7-2 over Kayla Skrlik (Calgary, AB) in the semifinals of the 2024 AMJ Campbell Shorty Jenkins Classic in Cornwall, Ontario, Canada; and won 5-2 over Laurie St-Georges (Montreal, QC) in the quarterfinals. of the 2024 AMJ Campbell Shorty Jenkins Classic in Cornwall, Ontario, Canada;
Homan finished 5-0 in the 18-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Homan defeated Rebecca Morrison (Stirling, SCO) 6-3, then won 7-2 against Jennifer Harvey (Cornwall, ON) and 5-3 against St-Georges. Homan won 8-2 against Corrie Huerlimann (Zug, SUI), then won 7-4 against Danielle Inglis (Ottawa, ON) in their final qualifying round match.
For winning the AMJ Campbell Shorty Jenkins Classic Championship title, Homan earned 48.750 world rankings points along with the $12,000CDN first prize cheque. For week 7 of the event schedule, Homan did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Homan ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
